Jame Systems platform

Vendor compliance management

Set explicit document rules and see why each vendor is ready or needs attention.

Define the checks

Configure required documents, expiration dates, minimum coverage, insured names and endorsements.

Keep judgment with your reviewer

Review PDF text and the uploaded document. Confirm the evidence fields and approve or reject with a note.

Explain exceptions

Authorized Enterprise reviewers can record a reason and expiry date for an exception. The status remains visibly at risk rather than silently hiding the gap.

Example: a valid license cannot make a vendor ready when required insurance is missing.

Questions about vendor compliance management

How is a vendor's compliance status calculated?

Statuses use the document requirements and evidence rules configured for your workspace. Missing documents, expiration dates and reviewed evidence can affect readiness. Reviewers can inspect the reason behind the status.

Does the software certify insurance or legal compliance?

Your team remains responsible for selecting requirements and reviewing evidence. Jame Systems does not independently certify insurance coverage, contact insurers to verify a policy, or replace professional insurance or legal judgment.

Can I see earlier review decisions?

Document replacement history retains the earlier files and recorded review decisions. Authorized exception workflows and independent approvals are available when included in your Enterprise agreement.
