Know how trials, renewals, cancellation and billing questions are handled before agreeing to pay.
This public website does not take payments or start subscriptions. The information below describes the proposed subscription model; paid service terms must be confirmed before checkout opens.
Prices, trials and renewal
Starter is $149/month and Professional is $399/month, excluding applicable taxes. Enterprise price, billing interval, capacity and included capabilities are set out in an offer. Eligible Starter and Professional subscriptions share one seven-day trial per workspace. Enterprise has no free trial. A payment method is collected in Stripe Checkout; an eligible trial converts to a paid recurring subscription unless cancelled before its end. Review the amount, currency, interval, tax and trial end shown at checkout before confirming.
Cancel automatic renewal
When the hosted account service is available, an authorized billing manager can open Account settings → Subscription → Manage billing and cancel renewal in Stripe’s portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period or trial, with access until then. Cancellation does not automatically close the account or delete records. If you cannot access billing, email contact@jamesystem.com for assistance.
Refund requests
For an incorrect or duplicate charge, an access problem or another billing concern, contact us with the account email, invoice reference and a short description. Do not send full card details. Requests are reviewed individually; cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment or unused part of a billing period. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that applicable law gives you. A refund is only confirmed when we notify you of the approved outcome.
Plan changes and Enterprise agreements
Review any prorated adjustment and the new recurring amount before changing plans. Enterprise offers specify the agreed scope and billing terms before acceptance. This website does not impose an extra cancellation or privacy-request fee. A separate signed agreement may set different commercial terms, subject to applicable law.
