The rules for using the Jame Systems website, tour and business communications, with subscription information for teams evaluating the product.
Website terms effective October 28, 2026. Jame Systems is the business name used on this site. Online account registration, document uploads and paid checkout are not open on this public deployment. A paid workspace requires confirmed seller details, service arrangements and accepted subscription terms. Browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not create a subscription.
You may browse the website, try the fictional tour and contact us about legitimate business needs. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, misuse private links, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. The service is intended for business teams and authorized users, not children. Do not submit confidential vendor records through a public enquiry.
The tour uses fictional records and runs in your browser. It does not send real emails, approve real vendors or provide an active workspace. Product descriptions explain the intended workflows; availability depends on plan, configuration and any agreed Enterprise scope. Document checks assist a human reviewer and do not independently certify legal compliance, insurance validity or coverage.
When the account service opens, users must be authorized to act for their organization, provide accurate account details and protect credentials and private submission links. Customers are responsible for their collection instructions, uploaded content, membership decisions and review judgments. Customers retain rights in their own content; processing is limited to delivering the agreed service and permitted purposes. Do not upload passwords, full payment card details, medical records or information outside the agreed service scope.
Starter is $149 per month; Professional is $399 per month; Enterprise is individually quoted. Starter and Professional prices exclude applicable taxes. Eligible Starter and Professional subscriptions share one seven-day trial per workspace. Enterprise has no trial. Stripe Checkout shows the payment method, recurring amount, currency, interval and any trial end before confirmation. A trial subscription renews into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. No payment is authorized by viewing pricing or requesting a quote.
Authorized billing managers can cancel automatic renewal through account billing controls when the hosted service is available. Access continues through the current paid or trial period. Plan changes can produce prorated adjustments; review the amount before confirming. Cancellation, refunds, account closure and deletion are separate actions. Our refund and cancellation information explains the request route and preserves applicable legal rights. A signed Enterprise agreement may provide different commercial terms.
Limits apply per organization. Enterprise vendor, document and member limits, optional capabilities, billing interval and support follow the accepted offer. Unlimited capacity applies only where explicitly agreed and does not remove infrastructure limits; individual uploads are capped at 10 MB. Email delivery, scheduled jobs, SSO and integrations require configuration. A plan name does not create a staffed support or uptime guarantee. Independent providers apply their own terms to their services.
Jame Systems branding, original website content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use public information to evaluate the product; these terms do not grant ownership of the software or permission to present another party’s materials as your own. Respect third-party rights when submitting information. Report suspected misuse to contact@jamesystem.com.
Our Privacy policy explains information handling. The website and product information can change and may be unavailable temporarily. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free information, and nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Contact us first about an issue so we can investigate; these website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory rights.
