Effective October 28, 2026. This notice covers the public website, its fictional product tour and business enquiries. Online account registration, document uploads and paid subscriptions are not open on this website. Customer workspace processing will need its own confirmed service arrangements before it opens.
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and security events. If you email us, we receive your address, message and the information you choose to provide. Please send only what is needed to answer your question, and do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive vendor files.
We use technical information to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website. We use enquiry information to respond, discuss product requirements and manage business communications. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in marketing emails.
The product tour runs with fictional records in your browser. It does not submit vendor documents, send emails or connect to customer accounts. Optional website measurement is disabled on this public deployment.
The site can remember a theme you choose using browser storage. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics SDKs. Cloudflare may use security technologies to protect requests. See Cookies & choices for details and controls.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, DNS and security. Google Workspace handles messages sent to contact@jamesystem.com. Their privacy notices explain their own processing. We share information as needed for these functions, to comply with applicable legal obligations or valid legal process, to protect people or the service, or at your request. A business transfer may involve information subject to applicable protections.
We do not sell or rent personal information, provide it to advertisers for targeted advertising, or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Processing locations depend on the providers used and may differ from your location; this website does not promise a specific data-residency location.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation and related business, security or legal purposes. Provider security records follow the applicable provider arrangements. We do not promise immediate removal from backups or records subject to a valid retention obligation. You can ask about retention, request deletion or ask us to stop an optional conversation.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to object to or restrict processing.
